I&S Security was founded in 2006 by Ihab, with a single contract: Nobu Restaurant & Bar in Mayfair. From the very first shift, the vision was clear: to provide security that felt native to a luxury environment rather than imposed on it. Officers who understood the culture of the venue, who could read a room, who guests would feel comfortable approaching rather than intimidated by.Nearly two decades later, Ihab and his team are still working with Nobu. In 2015, nine years after that first contract, I&S expanded to a second venue — Sexy Fish in Mayfair. For most security companies, nine years to take on a second client would seem slow. For Ihab, it reflected a deliberate choice: to grow only when the team and the standards were ready.
In 2018, The May Fair Hotel became the third I&S contract — and the first hotel. With it came a new dimension to the business: events. From that point, growth has been steady and intentional. Today, I&S works with over 30 venues across Central London — from Mayfair to the Southbank, from intimate members clubs to multi-floor hotel operations.
