Door Supervision

The entrance to your hotel sets the tone for everything that follows. Our door supervisors manage access professionally and courteously, welcoming genuine guests, managing queues during busy periods and preventing unauthorised entry without creating an unwelcoming atmosphere.

Lobby & Reception Security

A visible, professional security presence in your lobby and public areas deters opportunistic theft and antisocial behaviour while providing an additional point of contact for guests who need assistance. Our officers are briefed to operate as part of your front-of-house environment, not separate from it.

Concierge Security

Yes. We work with hotels on both ongoing contracts and event-specific deployments. Where possible, we recommend using the same officers for events as for regular shifts, they'll already know your property and your team.
